One Show | One Club

Our objective was to get more design entries into the One Show competition; to achieve this end we created a eye-poppin' print-campaign based on the creative vices of designers and how the healthiest (non-drinking/non-smoking or stress-eating) vice is the adulation & respect that one can only achieve through winning a golden pencil in the One Show.

Gorilla Coffee

Gorilla Coffee is a roaster and café in Brooklyn, New York. We created their brand from the ground up including the logo, packaging, e-commerce website, all their in-store displays and ongoing design and advertising.

31 Days of Oscar | TCM

TCM shows only the best Academy Award-winning and nominated films during the 31 Days of Oscar. We created all the classic key art for this event, and our on-line campaign gave audiences a 3-dimensional look into their favorite films, while netting us an FWA Award.

Black Coffee

Black Coffee is based in Seattle, Washington and delivers fresh, air roasted coffee straight to their customers' doors. Our involvement in this deliciously strong enterprise included logo design, branding, packaging, as well as their e-commerce website.

Moguls & Movie Stars | TCM

We worked with TCM to create a behind the scenes look at the History of Hollywood with never before seen photos, an interactive studio map and timeline that reels through over 80 years of film history. Critics gave it two thumbs up and FWA named it their site of the day.

Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casinos

As agency of record for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood, FL we helped to rebrand the properties and insure an ongoing authentic rock n' roll gaming feel. The tagline "PLAY HARD" sums up that gaming and entertainment experience, keeping visitors focused and engaged.

Summer Under the Stars | TCM

Every summer we work with TCM to reinvent their Summer Under the Stars online campaign. This is their biggest summer program featuring different stars of the cinema each year. For this year's iteration we contracted famed illustrator Michael Schwab to help with the iconic silhouette look of the site and then designed and built a simple easy to use showcase of all 31 days of the promotion.

Get Low | Sony Pictures Classic

We work with Sony Pictures Classics on many of their big film releases throughout the year. We especially loved this one, not only because it features Bobby Duvall and Bill Murray but because we were able to give it a great fantastical look and feel along with some interesting roll-overs and motion effects. Get Low y'all!

Radiolab | WNYC

Designed for a supersonic collective that believes your ears are a portal to another world. Our site helps connect users to audio entertainment and thought-provoking podcasts. To enhance Radio Lab's presence on Twitter we built a masthead that automatically features their most recent tweet.

Virgin Mobile's Center of Phone Etiquette

Virgin Mobile USA developed the first cell phone plan for unlimited texting and social networking. Our job was to modify consumer behavior – to get them talking less, and texting more. To do this, we designed and developed a Center of Phone Etiquette.

We are a company of art directors, designers, interactive developers, writers, producers, and strategists. We focus on our client’s needs as if they were our own.

Some of our key accounts include Virgin Mobile, Virgin America, American Express, Turner Classic Movies & Turner Broadcasting, Hard Rock, Seminole Gaming, Sony Pictures Classics and Gorilla Coffee. Whether we are working with a local brand like Gorilla Coffee, or a national client like Virgin Mobile, our approach is the same – create visually engaging solutions that translate across multiple mediums and demands attention.

One Trick Pony is currently 64 people small and led by owners Rob Reed and Keith Pizer. After working in New York City for years, Rob and Keith traded the big city for small-town USA. We are located in the “The Blueberry Capital of the World” – Hammonton, NJ., in the heart of South Jersey’s farmlands, in between Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

Despite our small town location, we are still cranking out big ideas and eating a lot of blueberries while we’re doing it.
